RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are processed by the local store and are subject to their individual policy. Please contact the store to confirm their specific process. The store contact phone number can be found on your order confirmation email.
If the wrong product has been delivered or is spoiled, stores will commonly coordinate a time to pick up the product for a return. In these instances, returns are usually accepted within 5 days of the purchase. Refunds are processed as soon the product is returned and typically hit your bank account within 3-5 business days after bank processing.
If you request a refund on your product, it does not create an automatic cancellation of your subscription or membership, which must be cancelled manually within your T-Club account.
If you cancel your subscription or membership after your product has been shipped, there is no refund or return of the product.
SHIPPING INFO
We cannot ship to PO boxes and any order that uses one will have to be cancelled. This is due to the necessity of an adult signature required for delivery.
